Honor Pad 8 features a large 12-inch display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset, and a massive 7,250mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support. Honor's new tablet was launched in the Philippines on October 18, 2022.
The Honor Pad 8 comes with an impressively light and slim body, weighing just 520g and measuring only 6.9 mm in thickness. The Metal Unibody Body design features anodized sandblasting technology, bringing a delicate matte texture. It is only available in the Dawnlight Blue colorway. Moreover, Honor Pad 8 features a 12-inch IPS LCD screen with a 2K resolution (1200 x 2000 pixels), 87% screen-to-body ratio, 7.2mm narrow bezel, and 1.07 billion colors, bringing a vibrant viewing experience. Honor Tablet 8 features eBook Mode, Dark Mode, and double authoritative eye protection certifications (TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light Certification and TÜV Rheinland Flicker Free Certification). Further, there are two 5-megapixel HD cameras on this tablet for the front and rear. It also features a proprietary vocal enhancement algorithm, with pure vocals that restore voice details from face-to-face conversations, may it be online classes, meetings, or video calls. For a loud stereo setup, the device has eight speakers (4 treble + 4 bass professional audio units), which are backed by DTS:X Ultra as well as HONOR Histen Audio, with intelligent recognition of the current audio scene to switch sound modes.
