Mobile wallet service Maya offers free cash in via its select partner banks, convenience stores, groceries, malls, payment centers, and more establishments. Maya is formerly known as PayMaya.

You can cash in up to PHP 8,000 per month for free. After reaching the monthly threshold, a convenience fee of 2 percent will be deducted from the amount of your credited balance.

Maya users on an upgraded account have a monthly cash-in limit of PHP 100,000 per month. Meanwhile, Super Users can cash in up to PHP 500,000.

How can you cash in your Maya account?

You can cash in into your Maya wallet with these easy steps:
  1. Log in to your Maya app.
  2. On the dashboard, tap "Cash In".
  3. Select the Cash In Partner of your choice.
  4. Follow the instructions provided for the Cash In partner of your choice.

  • UnionBank

As an alternative to InstaPay and PesoNet, Maya allows users to link their bank accounts for direct transfers with no service fees. PHP 500 is the minimum cash-in amount. Here are the steps to cash in using the partner bank via Maya App:
  1. Log in to your Maya app.
  2. Tap on the "Cash In" icon on the homepage.
  3. Select the "Bank Account" banner. Choose your preferred bank.
  4. Enter your desired cash-in amount, then select "Continue".
  5. Log in to your online banking account and complete the bank's authorization requirements.
  6. Select your source account to be linked, and tap on the "Continue" button.
Once linked, you can cash in your Maya wallet for free 24/7.
  1. Under Linked Bank Accounts, select your partner bank.
  2. Enter your cash-in amount and tap on the "Continue" button.
  3. To complete your transaction, enter the OTP code you received via SMS.
