How to use GigaLife App?
Here's the step-by-step tutorial on how to use the GigaLife App.
1. Download the GigaLife App on Google Play Store (for Android devices), Apple App Store (for iOS), or AppGallery (for Huawei phones with no Google Mobile Services).
2. Open the GigaLife App.
3. Upon your first login, you'll be asked to switch on your mobile data (if you're connected to WiFi, turn it off) so that the app will automatically recognize your mobile number.
- For Smart Bro pocket WiFi users, connect your phone to your pocket WiFi. Open the Giga Life App to log in, and it will automatically detect your Smart Bro SIM number.
(This procedure is for quick view only, allowing you to access the app's several features except for rewards. If you want to access rewards, you can sign up for an account secured with a password.)
4. You will be redirected to the GigaLife app's dashboard after successfully logging in.
5. You can now load your account, monitor your active promo, balance inquiry, check your points, and register app-exclusive promos.

- Using the app is always free from data charges when connected to Smart's network.
- The app's minimum requirements are Android 4.1 Jellybean and up and Apple iOS 12 and up.
