Goddess of Victory Nikke has collaborated with the famous manga/anime series Chainsaw Man to bring unique and exhilarating gaming experiences. Besides the collab event, publisher Level Infinite also announced the launch of the immersive sci-fi RPG shooter on the PC platform.
Nikke x Chainsaw Man Crossover
Chainsaw Man is a huge hit all over the world. It's about a group of luckless devil hunters who are constantly being attacked by supernatural beings. The manga series has won multiple Best Manga awards from major award-giving organizations.
The main characters Denj, who is a mix of human and devil and has a chainsaw face, and Aki, who has a sword, will appear in Goddess of Victory Nikke, together with blood devil Power. Other playable characters include Aki's mentor Himeno and their leader Miss Makima.
During the "BULLET X CHAINSAW" event, you can recruit these well-known Chainsaw Man characters. The event will start with a warm-up phase on February 15, 2023. From February 22 to March 14, 2023, the Chainsaw Man characters will join the in-game recruit.
Goddess of Victory Nikke is now on PC
Level Infinite has released the PC version of GODDESS OF VICTORY NIKKE, featuring single account login and cross-play with mobile.
Players can use the same account for both the PC and mobile versions, so they can keep their progress between the two platforms. Cross-play means that both mobile and PC players can take part in missions together. The playing field, maps, and backgrounds of NIKKE have all been made bigger to fit the wider aspect ratios of PC monitors. The high-resolution 2D art has also been improved. With the new keyboard and mouse controls, it will be even easier for players to aim at and shoot down the enemies they face.
Shift Up's Kim Hyung Tae is the illustrator and game designer for both NIKKE and Stellar Blade. The high-fidelity 2D art and animation of the collectible NIKKE characters, which are inspired by anime, go well with the game's unique and immersive action gameplay. You will be able to play the game with either an English or a Japanese voice-over.
Maintenance will be done on NIKKE from 10:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. UTC+9 so that the Chainsaw Man and the PC version can be updated. Please note that the maintenance time could be extended, and more information will be posted on the official GODDESS OF VICTORY NIKKE social media pages.
