How to apply for SatLite TV service?
Go to your nearest Cignal dealer to apply for SatLite. Alternatively, you can visit the nearest SatLite Territory Partner in your area. Go to https://ift.tt/TZoMSni for a complete list of partners. You can also call (02) 8888-5555 to apply.
The following are the requirements for the new application:
- Completed Service Application Form
- Proof of Identification (must be standard and locally issued with photo and signature)
- Philippine Driver's License
- Passport with signature
- Locally issued credit card with a picture
- SSS/GSIS/TIN ID (digitized card type)
- PRC/OFW/DIPLOMAT ID
- New Unified Multi-purpose ID
- Voter's ID (card type)

How do I know my Account Number?
To find out your account number, just text SATLITE(space)SC(space)CCA Number and send it to 5353 for Smart, Talk 'N Text, and Sun Cellular subscribers. The CCA number is located at the bottom of the box.
Where can I load my SatLite?
You can load in the following loading channels:
1. SMART Load retailers
2. SMART Load using your SMART/TNT/Sun number
3. Maya App
4. Mobile Wallets and Online Partners (Lazada, GCash, DiskarTech, MegaPay, Coins.PH)
5. Remittance and Bill Payment Centers (RD Pawnshop, MLhuillier, 7-Eleven)

How to activate E-PIN online?
Once you have your E-PIN, go to bit.ly/CignalWebLoadingTool and enter your SatLite Account Number and PIN.
How to activate E-PIN via SMS?
This method is for Smart, Sun Cellular, and TNT subscribers only. Text SATLITE <space> E-PIN <space> Account Number and send to 5353.
How to load SatLite via retailer?
Go to your nearest SatLite load retailer and tell the store staff to text the Keyword <space> SatLite Account Number and send it to 3443. The keywords are as follows: SL10, SL15, SL25, SL49, SL99, SL199, and SL299.
For Load 499, have the retailer dial *343#, provide the SatLite Account Number, and select Load 499 from the menu.
How to Pasaload in SatLite?
1. Use your Smart/TNT/Sun SIM with enough balance for your chosen SatLite Load.
2. Text PASALOAD <space> SatLite Account Number <space> SL10 / SL15 / SL25 / CGLSL49 / CGLSL99 / CGLSL199 / SL299 / SL499 and send to 808.
3. Receive a confirmation message, and then you can start watching.
*Additional PHP 1 transaction fee will be deducted for every Pasaload.
How to check the load of my SatLite?
To find out if there is enough load and when it will expire, text SATLITE <space> EXP <space> SatLite Account Number and send it to 5353 for Smart, TNT, and Sun subscribers.
