Smart Giga Arena celebrates its first anniversary with a month-long esports event that brings together a million gamers.
The Philippines' first all-in-one esports platform, Giga Arena, is only available to Smart and TNT subscribers. It lets users match up with other players to compete in daily, weekly, and monthly tournaments for fame and cash prizes, among others.
Anniversary Tournament Cup
According to Smart Giga Garena, as a way of giving back and thanking its booming community of hardcore players, casual gamers, and aspiring esports professionals, their first-year celebration kicks off with the Anniversary Tournament Cup, which will pit the best teams against each other for the portion of the Php 50,000 prize pool.
The tournament will feature top games, including Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), League of Legends: Wild Rift, Call of Duty Mobile (CODM), and PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG).

FREE tickets, ML skins, and diamonds
As part of the festivities, Smart Giga Arena will give users a chance to win FREE GIGA Arena tickets, as well as ML skins and diamonds, during the "GACHAPON" weekend.
In addition, to welcome new users to the community, Smart Giga Arena will provide newly registered users with one FREE GIGA Arena ticket, which they can use to participate in any tournament.
In order to simplify team tournament registrations, team captains can now pay for their members at the time of registration.

Since its inception a year ago, Smart Giga Arena has amassed one million users through thrilling tournaments that have enabled gamers to improve their gameplay.
In 2022, Smart Giga Arena introduced Street League Tournament, an MLBB tournament for amateur teams to exhibit their skills and abilities. In the most recent tournament hosted by Moonton Games, MLBB Developmental League (MDL), the tournament champion, Gamelab, has risen through the ranks and become a formidable team.
