Eggy Party is set to soft launch on April 21, 2023, in the Philippines for Android devices, NetEase Games announced. The mobile casual game will release in more regions and platforms later.
According to NetEase Games, the soft launch will coincide with a Creator Recruitment Event, where content creators worldwide will be granted early access to Eggy Party so they can engage with the game's map maker as well as share their designs on social media, allowing everyone to play through stages they've created.
Game Overview
The casual party game "Eggy Party" is made for mobile devices. Players compete in exciting minigames like Downhill, where the goal is to reach the end of the stage while dodging obstacles that could send you over the edge. Another fun mode is Duck Egg, in which all players attempt to avoid a growing number of enormous eggs that are rushing toward them.
In Eggy Party, players control the adorable Eggy characters, who can be customized with a variety of costumes, facial expressions, and emotes. Once your Eggy is prepared to play, it must run, jump, and roll through each stage as the number of competitors is reduced in each round until the grand prize is awarded to the last Eggy standing. Although Eggy Party may appear to be a fast-paced game, it was designed with mobile in mind, particularly in terms of its controls, which were optimized for touchscreen use.
Eggy Party Soft Launch
The launch version of Eggy Party lets players show off their talent through the Eggy Workshop, which lets everyone make their own maps and gameplay styles. This mode allows players to choose from different events and then gives them access to the map editor, where they can change the shape of the stage and add different types of environmental items and hazards.
