  • The page will prompt, "Your connection is not private." Just click Advanced, then Proceed to 192.168.1.1.
  • Enter the default PLDT admin account for Fibr HG8145V5. Username: adminpldt. Password: AC2DIU7QW3ERTY6UPAS4DFG or 1234567890
  • If it's your first logging into PLDT super admin account, you'll be prompted to change the password of the default account immediately. The password must contain at least 12 characters, with a combination of numbers, uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and special characters. Click Update to apply changes. You'll be redirected to the login page again, wherein you'll enter your new password.

Step 2: Configure the WAN Settings

  • On the PLDT Home Fibr dashboard, click the WAN tab.
  • Under WAN Configuration, select 1_VOIP_R_VID_1024, and a menu will appear.
    • In the "VLAN ID" input field, change the value to 30 and click the Apply button to confirm changes. Its connection name is now 1_VOIP_R_VID_30.
  • Now, select 2_TR069_INTERNET_R_VID_1030.
    • In the "VLAN ID" input field, change the value to 10 and click the Apply button to confirm changes. Its connection name is now 2_TR069_INTERNET_R_VID_10.
  • Now, select 3_IPTV_B_VID_1025.
    • In the "VLAN ID" input field, change the value to 20 and click the Apply button to confirm changes. Its connection name is now 3_IPTV_B_VID_20.

Step 3: Set up VoIP configuration (for landline)

  • On the PLDT Home Fibr dashboard, click the Voice tab.
  • Under VoIP Basic Configuration, change the settings with the following configuration. Note that these configs may or may not work for you. The telephone/landline configurations are different per area. Try it at your own discretion.

      • Registration Period: 600
      • Signaling Port: 1_VOIP_R_VID_30
      • Media Port: leave it blank
      • Region: Philippines
    • Basic User Parameters (SIP)
      • Check Enable User
      • URI: leave it blank
      • Registration User Name: your area code + telephone number (example: 0201234567)
      • Associated POTS Port: 1
      • Authentication User Name: your area code + telephone number (example: 0201234567)
      • Password: 1234
