Globe Telecom was named the Most Consistent Fixed Broadband Provider in 31 areas in the Philippines for Q2 2023, based on Ookla's analysis.

According to Ookla, consistency reflects "a percentage of a provider's data samples that meet minimum thresholds for download and upload speeds." Thus, the higher the consistency, the better the internet performance and quality that subscribers will experience.

This result is based on analysis by Ookla of Speedtest Intelligence data on fixed Consistency Score for Q2 2023. The company said it analyzes consistency among providers using a statistical method called logistic regression. It added that this approach helps adjust the comparisons, ensuring a fair and accurate assessment.
