Grand Chase Classic by PlayPark launches on SEA

On January 17, 2024, the iconic two-dimensional side-scrolling MMORPG was launched on the PC platform in Southeast Asia (SEA), including the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand, bringing various grand launch events with rewards.

Prior to its release, Grand Chase Classic conducted a pre-registration event offering rewards to players who pre-registered.

How to Claim Pre-Registration Rewards?

Here's a guide on how you can redeem your pre-registration rewards in Grand Chase Classic. Follow these steps.

1. Open the email you've used to pre-register.
2. In the Inbox or Spam folder, check for the email from PlayPark with the title "Grand Chase Classic Pre-Registration Rewards."
3. After opening the email, click the "Confirm your entry now!" button in the message, and you'll be redirected to the form.
4. In the Grand Chase Classic Rewards Redemption Form, enter the following details:
   • Pre-registered email
   • IGN (In-game Name)
   • PlayID Login Type
   • PlayID Email / PlayID Mobile Number / PlayID Gmail
5. Click the Submit button.
6. And you're done.

In claiming your Grand Chase Classic pre-registration prize, here are some reminders you need to take note of.

The redemption period is from January 19, 2024 - January 26, 2024, 1 PM GMT+8.

You can only submit one entry per pre-registered email.

Multiple submissions will overwrite your form data.

Kindly double-check if the details are correct. Ensure the accuracy of your Email address and In-Game Name.

Only pre-registrants who meet the deadline will be accommodated.
