Globe has partnered with Facebook maker Meta to improve voice and video service quality on Messenger in the Philippiness.
The partnership improves real-time communication (RTC) on voice and video calls for Globe customers using the FB Messenger app. This was accomplished by ensuring that the app and the Globe network are aligned to achieve the expected quality of user experience.
According to Globe, Messenger call quality has enhanced by an impressive 22%, as bitrate has increased by 10% and round-trip time (RTT) has decreased by 23%.
