TNC Predator Dota 2 roster for 2024 revealed

Filipino esports organization TNC Predator announced its comeback to the Dota 2 scene with a full roster reveal.

Here's the new TNC Predator Dota 2 lineup for 2024:
  • Pos 1: Jinn Marrey "Palos" Lamatao
  • Pos 2: Yuri Dave "Yowe" Pacaña
  • Pos 3: Joshua "Kokz" Maraño
  • Pos 4: John Rey Yee "Jing" Duyan
  • Pos 5: Carlo "Kuku" Palad

Palos, a former member of Blacklist International, was acquired by TNC Pro Team. He was instrumental in Blacklist's ascent to the Elite League.

Before joining TNC, Yowe was a member of the Team Darleng roster. He even played for TNC for a while in 2021 and 2022.

Kokz was a member of Malaysia's Geek Fam roster between 2022 and 2024.

Kuku is a former member of Blacklist International and Team Darleng, whereas Jing most recently competed for Geek Fam.

This announcement also signifies Kuku's eagerly awaited return to TNC. Kuku's participation in TNC's renowned The International 2016 (TI6) run solidified his status as an icon within the Philippine Dota 2 community.

To recall, in September 2021, the Pinoy Dota 2 community was surprised when TNC released its notable roster, including Armel Paul "Armel" Tabios, Kim "Gabbi" Santos, Jun "Bok" Kanehara, Marvin "Boomy" Rushton, and Timothy "Tims" Randrup, to free agency.

That Southeast Asian multi-gaming organization's final opportunity came during The International 2021: Southeast Asia Qualifier, where they were eliminated by Fnatic from the TI SEA bracket.

As a result of the development, the TNC acquired an entirely revamped roster.

The last time TNC competed was in the Tokyo-based Asia Pacific Predator League 2022, where it finished in fourth place. In December 2022, following the tournament in Japan, Eric Redulfin, CEO and founder of TNC, announced the organization's decision to withdraw from the SEA Dota Pro Circuit in 2023.
