Globe GFiber Prepaid subscribers up 52X in Q3 2024

Globe GFiber Prepaid reported that it experienced a 52-fold increase in subscriber acquisitions as of Q3 2024 compared to the previous year.

According to Globe Telecom, this achievement has set "a new standard in customer satisfaction." Moreover, the telco's prepaid fiber internet service exceeded expectations by achieving the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) among all Globe products and is swiftly approaching the 200,000-subscriber milestone.


As of August 2024, the most recent data available, GFiber Prepaid had an NPS of 65, which is higher than that of the most prominent global brands. This year, it achieved a world-class tier with a score of 71, which was its highest.

This accomplishment represents a significant milestone for the recently launched GFiber Prepaid brand, which is Globe AT HOME's affordable broadband offering, thereby enabling all Filipinos to access sustainable connectivity.

The high NPS score for GFiber Prepaid shows that customers are very loyal and pleased with the service. It demonstrates how popular the new product is, which provides fiber-fast broadband internet with reloadable UNLI SURF promos (no data cap) and no lockup.

As of Q3 2024, the product's subscriber growth is remarkable, with a 52-fold increase in acquisitions compared to the past year, demonstrating its world-class NPS.

GFiber Prepaid's subscriber base increased to 146,000 in the first nine months of 2024, and the company achieved the highest reload rate among Globe brands and attained record-breaking customer engagement.
