Dunk City Dynasty pre-registration up ahead global launch

NetEase Games announced that the pre-registration of Dunk City Dynasty, a free-to-play street basketball mobile game, is now open for Southeast Asian players alongside other regions in the world. Licensed by the NBA and NBPA, the game's global launch on Android and iOS is slated for Q2 2025. Everyone who pre-registers gets an exclusive avatar when the game becomes available.

To pave the way for global release, the Philippines server will undergo a reset. More details below.

Philippines Server Reset Notice

Dunk City Dynasty developers laid out the details for the Philippine server shutdown, rewards, and the global launch in Q2 2025.

It's been 2 years since the game's soft launch in the Philippines, and now the developers are preparing for the global official launch, which will bring bigger competition and smoother gameplay.

To Filipino players, take note of the following dates:

• Account registration closure: April 23, 2025
• Official shutdown: May 2025

After the shutdown in May, the game will no longer be accessible, and all in-game data will be permanently deleted.

Don't worry! All affected players will receive compensation. There are 3 categories of global launch compensation. Each user can only receive a reward in the highest category once.

• Registered players will obtain a commemorative costume and Star Vouchers.
• Level 30+ players will acquire extra Superstar Vouchers.

Here's how to claim your compensation rewards:

1. Make sure to bind your game account before the data wipe.
2. During the global launch, log in using the previously bound Philippine account.
3. Ensure your new account's time zone and region are set to Southeast Asia.
4. If your account had previously purchased a Party Permanent VIP, you'll be able to claim and reactivate it via in-game mail.

Important note: The in-game mail must be claimed within 90 days after the official launch.
