On May 21, 2025, Honkai Star Rail's Version 3.3 will debut new 5-star characters, Hyacine and Cipher, HoYoverse announced. Further, players will join Chrysos Heirs to face the Sky Titan in a crucial Flame-Chase Journey chapter in this latest patch update. A variety of limited-time events will also add excitement and challenges to Trailblazers' voyage.

Meanwhile, the Honkai: Star Rail Live 2025 concert has successfully concluded with a confirmation of the Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] collaboration via the "Sweet Dreams and the Holy Grail" event kicking off on July 11.
Honkai Star Rail Version 3.3 Update Overview
Chrysos Heirs, in the previous chapter, regained the Coreflame of "Death" and "Reason." HSR Version 3.3 lets players fight the Sky Titan with Chrysos Heirs in Flame-Chase Journey's last encounter. Ancient records describe Aquila as a 100-eyed huge bird. With the sky as its eyelids, it governs dawn and dusk. The new update will also include "Echo of War: Glance of Twilight" with new challenges and rewards.
While the Amphoreus citizens pursue Era Nova from within, the geniuses beyond it observe. At the conclusion of HSR Version 3.2, Madam Herta's data spirit entity entered the Vortex of Genesis. The Geniuses will uncover Amphoreus's tragedy and link it to the galaxy as they investigate. Players will find out how the story continues in future chapters.
The new 5-star Hyacine, the Twilight Courtyard's chief physician, has long treated Flame-Chasers. She strives to heal every soul in need and leave a footnote for common people on epic history. Hyacine, a Wind character on the Path of Remembrance, boosts team HP and survivability. She heals her allies with her abilities and summon of Little Ica. When she activates her Ultimate, Hyacine heals allies' HP and increases their max HP. When an ally (except Little Ica) gets injured or sacrifices HP, Little Ica will devour its own HP to heal them. Beyond healing, Little Ica can attack opponents, and her damage scales with healing.
Another new 5-star character is Cipher. She, Aglaea, and Tribbie were early Chrysos Heirs to participate in the Flame-Chase Journey. After inheriting Trickery's heavenly authority, Cipher has been mysterious and unpredictable for years. Her location has never been determined. Cipher, a Quantum character on the Path of Nihility, targets the enemy with the highest max HP on the field and records all damage they suffer. She can change the target mid-battle, offering her tactical flexibility. After allies strike the marked opponent, Cipher attacks again. She adds true DMG dependent on total recorded damage when using her ultimate.
In the first and second phases of HSR Version 3.3, a special Warp event (banner) will feature reruns of the limited 5-star characters, Herta and Aglaea, respectively.
