
The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has officially released on Friday the March 2025 Civil Service Exam results, including the full list of passers for professional (Pro) and subprofessional (Sub-Pro) levels, as well as the top 10 passers of each level.

According to the government agency, a total of 46,470 out of 318,973 examinees passed the recent civil service examination held in 95 testing centers nationwide, representing a 14.56 percent passing rate. Specifically, 42,472 examinees (14.79 percent of 287,254) passed the exam for the Pro level. Meanwhile, the Sub-Pro level exam was passed by 3,998 examinees (12.60 percent of 31,719).
CSC conducted the eligibility examination, Career Service Examination - Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT), on March 2, 2025, at sixteen CSC regional offices in the National Capital Region (NCR), Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, CALABARZON/MIMAROPA, Bicol, Western Visayas, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, CARAGA, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), and Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
The 170-item CSE-PPT Pro level covers the following subjects (in English and Filipino):
- Numerical Ability (basic operations, word problems)
- Analytical Ability (word association, identifying assumptions and conclusions, logic, data interpretation)
- Verbal Ability (grammar and correct usage, vocabulary, paragraph organization, reading comprehension).
- General information: PH Constitution, Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (R.A. 6713), Peace and Human Rights Issues and Concepts, Environment Management and Protection
The 165-item CSE-PPT Sub-Pro level covers the following subjects (in English and Filipino):
- Numerical Ability (basic operations, word problems)
- Clerical Ability (filing, spelling)
- Verbal Ability (grammar and correct usage, vocabulary, paragraph organization, reading comprehension)
- General information: PH Constitution, Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (R.A. 6713), Peace and Human Rights Issues and Concepts, Environment Management and Protection
Subject to prerequisites and other criteria, such as education, experience, and training, the CSC has said that test takers with a score of at least 80 percent rating will be qualified for a civil service post.

Here is the March 2025 Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) full list of passers for Pro and Sub-Pro levels. Meanwhile, the top-notchers (top 10) for each level will be announced on the official CSC website.
