Following its initial reveal during the 8th anniversary, Garena Free Fire has officially released its collaboration event with Squid Game, a famous Korean Netflix thriller series. Squid Game-Themed Modes
Play Battle Royale (BR) and Clash Squad (CS) games in Free Fire to experience Squid Game-inspired survival challenges. These games, with varied intensity levels, are available on all seven maps, including the latest Solara map.

From July 14 to 26, 2025, Free Fire's milestone event features Squid Game's Cash Bank, which lets players deposit mission tokens to unlock free themed gifts:
- The Doll (Female outfit): Enter the arena in Young-hee's vibrant orange dress.
- Classic voicelines (permanent): By activating eerie lines, such as "The Mugungha Flower has bloomed," revisit 'Red Light, Green Light' and increase fight emotion, making matches more interesting.
