The "Sandstorm Journey" update of Crystal of Atlan was launched. From the previous level cap of Lv. 60, the max is now Lv. 70. Reach level 70 to unlock a new chapter, where you can discover the Floating Settlement and fight the Duskfeather Lair Co-op Dungeon.
Furthermore, the major CoA update features numerous TikTok events, the magnificent "Welkin Oath" Azure Crystal set, and new Mentorship and Inscription systems.
Level 70 New Main Quest and Co-op Dungeon
Level Breakthrough quests raise the level cap to 70 for Lv. 60 players. Open the new main quest chapter "Floating Settlement," the Co-op Dungeon "Duskfeather Lair," and a new powerful high-level gear set.
In the Main Quest "Floating Settlement," players will investigate Navigator Yudora's disappearance to find the Kraken Key and disclose long-hidden mysteries. Abyssal Purgatory, Elite Dungeons, new exploration areas, and adventure stories await.
Also unlocked is the Lv. 70 Epic Co-op Dungeon "Duskfeather Lair". Players of different Power levels can play Solo, Story, Elite, and Legend. Clearing the dungeon may yield rare rewards like the Secret Feather Mask, Blackfeather Taboo Ring, and Lv. 65 Epic gear. Each realm's first 24 Legend-clear players will gain an Achievement and the exclusive title "Twilight Feathers."
Moreover, Crystal of Atlan will give players rewards to help them embark on the new Level 70 content. From January 15 to March 12, 2026, all players who log in can receive Advancer's Resources (Lv. 60) and an Epic Gear Box (Lv. 60) via in-game mail to quickly enhance their Power.
Limited Skin and Pet
The beautiful Azure Crystal Outfit set "Welkin Oath" joins players in the Floating Settlement and Duskfeather Lair. Smelt Outfits with the special "Azure Crystal" item for a chance to get the new "Welkin Oath" set.
Additionally, a limited pet can help you reach Level 70. The pet summoning event gives players the "Ancestral Whelp" pet. Wander through the Floating Settlement with your lovely companion for a unique experience.
New Mentorship System
The new Mentorship system encourages new and veteran CoA players to share their expertise and socialize.
Eligible players can complete Dungeons and Co-op Dungeons together as mentors and apprentices to receive Enhancement Funds and exclusive Attribute bonuses. Upon reaching Level 3 (relationship), the apprentice will complete their training. Building their relationship to Level 10 lets them redeem various items at an exclusive shop.
Gear Inscription Update
The new Gear Inscription system simplifies Power boosts. Over Level 65 Epic gear will randomly have 1–3 Inscription slots, with various parts having distinct Inscription types.
Flexible and personalized builds are possible with removable and embedded inscriptions.
