Globe said that in today's global energy crisis, running out of [prepaid load balance] during critical moments remains a crippling challenge.
Globe Promo and Load Loan and TM Utang Load/Promo let subscribers borrow load or promos instantly and pay later, keeping them connected when it matters.
These services enable instant call, text, and data promos even with a PHP 0 load balance, removing communication restrictions in urgent or daily situations.
All Globe Prepaid and TM users can avail of emergency loan offers, which instantly provide small amounts of mobile data, calls, or texts for essential scenarios like calling loved ones, sending a message, or going online when their regular load balance runs out.
High-value load loan promos like Globe Go59 and TM EZ50 are available to eligible customers. These offer more data MB, call minutes, and longer validity, keeping users connected for emergencies and daily digital demands.
Now With More Flexible Repayment Options
Globe or TM Load Loan amounts are deducted automatically at the next reload of the user's account, making repayment easy.
Now, Globe has added promo purchase collections to repayment to match mobile usage. Customers can repay their loan gradually and reclaim service faster by automatically allocating a certain amount of open-access data from their next promo top-up.
Per Globe, they collect up to 50 percent of the open-access data from the next promo purchased by the user. This will ensure customers still maintain at least half of their mobile data for their own use.
If the allocated open-access data is insufficient to repay the loan, a data-to-peso conversion applies a partial payment, with the remaining loan balance collected in the next transaction.
This improvement, according to Globe, "makes repayment more flexible and aligned" with changing consumer behavior, particularly as more customers buy promos directly rather than regular prepaid load.
