Saudi Arabia earned the Host Region Wildcard slot as the next highest-placing GCC team.

A Special Invite to an Indian team and one Solidarity Wildcard spot for an underrepresented region to play on the world stage will be announced at the end of August, after all ENC 2026 qualifiers are complete.

The complete list of countries and territories that qualified via online regional qualifiers is as follows:

  • Latin America South: Argentina
  • Western Europe: Spain

  • Africa: Tunisia
  • Central & East Asia: Kazakhstan
  • Southeast Asia & Oceania: Myanmar
  • South Asia: Bangladesh
  • Host Region Slot: Saudi Arabia

Malaysian players ZhiHong, Siang, and JR, representing Aurora Gaming, are expected to do well. These three, who were former All Gamers members, will be joined by ROC Esports' Weipit and Xuan and Geekay Esports' MusangKing, who reunites with several colleagues with whom he clinched an International Championship.

A predictable squad trails Malaysia at the top of the rankings. China dominates Honor of Kings and boasts an all-star team at ENC 2026. AG Super Play ace YiNuo, a world-renowned HOK player, leads the team. Kuaishou Gaming's jHao and WuYan, Talent Gaming's XiaoXue, Weibo Gaming's TingYue, and Wolves' Xin join the EWC 2025 winner and 2x King Pro League champion.

The invites feature Italian combo Nighty and TGold, German mid player Hailang, and French roamer Clue, the favored top European HOK roster for Virtus Pro. First place at the Honor of Kings Major League Spring 2026 in March earned VP's spot at EWC 2026 and ensured all European players will represent their nations at ENC. Neither club is a popular ENC favorite, but their star players' experience is impressive.

The Philippines is one of ENC's most battle-tested teams, having secured the third slot in the ENC Rankings for its direct invite. Sibol Pilipinas' roster includes Blacklist International's Chammy1, Chazz, and Juschie, who helped the club win the Philippine Kings League Fall 2025, BOOM Esports' Tatsurii and Daniii, back-to-back PKL Spring champions in 2025 and 2026, and TNT Tropang Alab's Azar. In Riyadh, Blacklist International coach Gerald "Tgee" Gelacio will manage the team.

Many upsets and surprises occurred in the online qualifiers. After overcoming Puerto Rico and Colombia, the USA overcame Mexico twice to win the North America & LATAM North title without losing a game. Spain will play in its first international HOK event after two straight wins over Ireland.

Before HOK ENC 2026 kicks off, I believe you're as excited as I am, so let us cheer our Filipino HOK team. – PinoyTechSaga
