The long-anticipated Arena of Valor International Championship (AIC) Group Stage 2022 is only a few days away. The Group Stage, which will take place from June 16 to 19, will feature 15 teams from 9 regions – Garena Challenger Series (GCS), RoV Pro League (RPL), AOV Star League (ASL), Arena of Glory (AOG), SEA Wildcard (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines), Brazil, West Europe, South Asia, and Turkey – competing for the coveted championship title and the largest portion of the prize pool to date – USD 2 million.
AoV Int’l Championship (AIC) 2022 Match Schedule
The AIC 2022 Group Stage will consist of two phases beginning on June 16. There will be a single round-robin format for all matches. In addition, the global ban pick rules will be adopted to improve the strategy and pick diversity of teams. Over the course of four days, the eight teams with the highest overall points will compete in the Quarter Finals (June 23 to June 26) and Semi-Finals (July 2 to July 3). On July 10, the top two finalists will reunite for the Grand Final.
As teams strive to become the next AoV champion, competition is certain to intensify as teams make every attempt to fend off rivals along the path to victory.

At the AIC 2022, the world’s best teams, including Saigon Phantom from Arena of Glory, Bacon Time from RoV Pro League, and ONE Team Esports from Garena Challenger Series, will compete for glory. Their illustrious past performances have positioned them as formidable candidates for the AIC 2022 championship crown, as they return stronger than ever.
Saigon Phantom’s Yiwei, Bacon Time’s MarkKy, and ONE Team Esports’s Nk will be among the best AoV players at the AIC 2022 who will lead their teams to the top of the rankings. As the AOG Spring 2022’s Final Most Valuable Player (FMVP), Yiwei from Saigon Phantom is presently regarded as the number one Dark Slayer Laner in Vietnam. MarkKy, a 16-year-old player from Bacon Time who won the RPL 2022 Summer FMVP award, is one of the youngest star players to watch in the AIC 2022. Nk of ONE Team Esports is another well-known figure in the GCS with exceptional strategic playing talents; he earned the GCS Spring 2022 FMVP award.
