Zeta Division beat Team Secret to win VCT LCQ Pacific 2023

Japan's Zeta Division emerged victorious in the VCT LCQ Pacific 2023 after defeating Philippines' Team Secret 3-1 in the grand finals.

Seven Pacific teams from Indonesia, India, Japan, the Philippines, South Korea, and Thailand competed head-to-head at the Sangam Colosseum in Seoul, South Korea, from July 18 to 23 in front of a live audience for the final qualifying position in VALORANT Champions 2023.

After some nerve-racking matches, Zeta Division, Team Secret, Gen.G, Rex Regum Qeon (RRQ), Global Esports, TALON Esports, and DetonatioN FocusMe qualified for the Upper and Lower Bracket Finals, with Zeta Division beating Team Secret to become the fourth Pacific team to compete for the VALORANT Champions 2023 championship.

LCQ (Last Chance Qualifier) signifies the conclusion of the inaugural VCT Pacific League 2023, which has garnered over 25 million esports viewing hours and a highest viewership of nearly 400 thousand.

There have been more than 500 Pacific League watch parties with influencers and co-streamers, and more than 60 live viewing parties across Asia Pacific.

This tournament provides the remaining seven Pacific teams one last chance to qualify alongside Paper Rex, DRX, and T1 to vie against the top teams from other international leagues for the VALORANT World Championship.

VALORANT Champions 2023 will take place in Los Angeles, USA, in August.
