How to buy Globe Prepaid eSIM?

The Globe Prepaid local eSIM works with select iOS and Android devices and is exclusively available via the GlobeOne app. This online platform offers a hassle-free experience as customers can instantly download and install their eSIM after purchase, eliminating the need for physical SIM delivery.

To purchase Globe Prepaid eSIM via GlobeOne, follow these steps:

1. Download GlobeOne from Google Play, Apple App Store, or Huawei AppGallery.
2. Open the GlobeOne app.
3. Tap "Globe now offers eSIM. Check it out!" and select "Purchase a local Prepaid eSIM." Then, follow the provided steps to get your eSIM. Meanwhile, for registered GlobeOne users, click the "Essentials" in the app and select "Prepaid eSIM" under the "Get a Globe Connection."
4. Activate your Globe Prepaid eSIM.
   • For eligible iOS users - scan the QR code provided in their email using your phone's camera or add the eSIM under "Cellular Plans" in your phone's settings.
   • For eligible Android users - scan the QR code through the "SIM Card Manager" in your phone's settings.
5. To activate your Globe promo, register your eSIM. All subscribers are required to register their eSIM via the GlobeOne app.

• Have eSIM slots available, and your device is not locked to a carrier.
• Make sure to download the eSIM on the phone where you want to install it. If you remove the eSIM from your phone, you can't install it again.
