PH Sibol IESF 2025 roster (MLBB men/women, Dota 2) unveiled

Philippine national esports team Sibol has unveiled its IESF 2025 roster for Mobile Legends (men and women) and Dota 2.

The announcement for the final lineup for the two MOBA titles was posted on Sibol's official Facebook page.

The first part of the post read, "The road to victory begins now. Presenting the athletes who will carry the Philippine flag at the IESF World Esports Championship 2025 stage."

Back to represent the country once again in the IESF MLBB (men's division) are Team Falcons, bannered by Angelo Kyle "Pheww" Arcangel, David Charles "FlapTzy" Canon, Kyle "KyleTzy" Sayson, Marco "Super Marco" Requitiano, Rowgien "Owgwen" Unigo, and Vincent "Pando" Unigo. In 2023, they achieved a gold medal at the same tournament during the tenure of coach Francis "Ducky" Glindro.

Joining the Team Falcons primary roster are Onic PH's Duane "Kelra" Pillas and Team Liquid's Sanford "Sanford" Vinuya. Kelra will make his national team debut, while Sanford comes back after being banned for declining an invite.

Team Sibol MLBB Men's will be led by coach Robert "Trebor" Sanchez.

Moreover, the Women's MLBB team will consist of Omega Empress, Gwyneth "Ayanami" Diagon, Kaye Maerylle "Keishi" Alpuerto, Mery Christine "Meraaay" Vivero, Rica Fatima "Amoree" Amores, and Sheen "Shinoa" Perez, who previously competed in the 2024 IESF.

Coach Salman Macarambon and Nina Nicole Segismar will lead the Sibol's women's team for MLBB.

On the other hand, Execration will be the Philippines' IESF Dota 2 representative. The members of the squad are Bryle Alvizo, Charles Delos Santos, Jinn Lamatao, Joel Pagkatotohan, Justine Grimaldo, and Mark Jubert Redira. Wei Lee Yip will serve as the team's head coach.

To choose the representatives of the country for the IESF 2025, Sibol has run numerous qualifiers for the aforementioned esports titles. The "Team Sibol Combine" procedure was implemented for the top squads from the tryouts, with the objective of identifying the best team compositions.

Game titles included in the International Esports Federation (IESF) World Esports Championship (WEC) 2025 are Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Dota 2, Counter-Strike 2, PUBG Mobile, and eFootball. – PinoyTechSaga
