The 4th anniversary of the battle royale game Naraka Bladepoint features new events, a new extraction mode, Rift Traversal, and a new hero, Inor Wan. This was announced by NetEase Games and 24 Entertainment via a streamed broadcast of Naraka Fest Direct 2025.
Ray Kuan, Naraka Bladepoint producer, presented Rift Traversal at Naraka Fest Direct 2025 for Season 17. Rift Traversal, which will be unveiled on July 8 along with Fission Season, will focus on the game's unique melee weapon combat.
Rift Traversal, A New Extraction Mode
Martial arts treasure hunting in Holoroth is thrilling in this new gameplay mode. Players can trust luck to find treasures, use their skills and ultimates to defend their resources, or beat rivals to loot their items and find the Aegis Tree. Naraka Bladepoint added Mole Hook, among other new equipment, to give players more freedom.
Moreover, the new mode will let players build higher-level weapons with unique effects to spice up battles. In addition to in-game updates, a new cultivation system with equipment crafting, item trade, attribute upgrades, and personal collection rooms will be available.
Inor Wan, the Thunder's Voice
Naraka Bladepoint's new hero was unveiled in the 4th anniversary cinematic trailer, which shows a lightning-like figure crossing timelines.
As "Thunder's Voice," Inor Wan can transform into lightning, traveling quickly across the battlefield, improving his evasion abilities, and defeating opponents in seconds.
New Season Treasure
In Season 17, Naraka Bladepoint will debut two new divine cosmetics: Yoto Hime's dual-form extreme outfit, Doll Dream, and the Katana's Tai Chi Yin-Yang Fish-based extreme skin, Blade Mystique.
The Fission season will progressively release the original cosmetic project "Reversal Flows."
Fourth Anniversary Rewards and Collaborations
Naraka Bladepoint is entering its fourth year, and to thank its loyal players, this anniversary sign-in event will provide users the EXTREME weapon skin of the Great sword [Dragon Epoch] for free. This season will also give away six new legendary skins, giving players something to enjoy.
The highly lauded 2nd anniversary collaboration, Naraka Bladepoint x NieR, will be reintroduced, with dates to be disclosed. The Bruce Lee collab, one of the game's most popular crossovers, will return on July 9 with Lannie and Akos Hu in new outfits.
Naraka Bladepoint is free on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, so players may start the Fission Season and celebrate the battle royale game's 4th anniversary.
