The NU Bulldogs conquered the first Galaxy Gaming Academy X Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Campus Series 2025, an inaugural inter-country campus tournament. They defeated their fellow Filipino team, FAITH NOVUS Bravehearts, in the grand finals.
This historic Samsung x MLBB - Galaxy Gaming Campus Tournament, held in Jakarta, Indonesia, concluded with intense competition among eight elite teams from Southeast Asia, vying for a USD 40,000 (roughly PHP 2.2M) prize pool.
After a rigorous battle among the top eight best teams, the Filipino squad National University (NU) Bulldogs won the cross-national grand finals from June 20 to 22 at Taman Anggrek Mall in West Jakarta, the "esports shopping mall."
Besides securing the championship, the NU Bulldogs took home the grand prize of USD 18,000. They proved themselves Southeast Asia's top campus MLBB team with their skill, strategy, and teamwork all throughout the tournament.
Second-placers FAITH NOVUS Bravehearts earned USD 8,000, while third-placers VL Team from Indonesia bagged USD 5,000.
Through domestic qualifiers, more than 1,000 teams from four countries (Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore) competed for the crown.
