The Philippines is once again at the forefront of regional esports, with four Filipino teams securing half of the Group Stage slots at the Call of Duty: Mobile - Garena Summer Invitational (GSI) 2026.
Beyond competition, Garena has also opened registrations for its Creator Support Program to discover and nurture emerging CODM creators, with selected participants earning the opportunity to share the Summer Festival stage alongside famous Filipino influencers.
4 PH Teams Lead GSI 2026
As the Group Stage kicks off tomorrow (April 24), eight teams (4 of which are Filipinos) will compete for a USD 60,000 (~PHP 3.6M) prize pool and direct qualification to the 2026 Garena Qualifier (CODM World Championship Stage 4).
Philippine representatives Elevate, Alula Club, SKAERI, and Team StarMagic will confront regional contenders Three Evil Dragons, Rejects, EL Tantrum, and XenonGang in the Group Stage. Elevate, winners of GSI 2025, Garena Masters X, and Call of Duty Mobile World Championship 2024, lead the Philippines' worldwide success. SKAERI and Team StarMagic defeated a 12-team field in the GSI 2026 Play-In Stage to join fellow Pinoys Elevate and Alula Club.
GSI 2026 provides teams with a cross-border competitive experience before Global Qualifiers, and the Champion and Runner-up qualify directly to the 2026 Garena Qualifier Group Stage (CODM World Championship Stage 4).
On April 24 and May 1–3, official Call of Duty Mobile Garena channels will stream the Group Stage live from 6:00 PM (GMT+8) on weekdays and 4:00 PM on weekends. The Playoffs will include the top three teams, concluding in the Grand Finals happening offline at SMX Aura on May 24.
Summer Festival 2026 and Creator Support Program
Call of Duty Mobile Garena's Summer Festival 2026 will kick off a weekend of esports, community, and statewide events. A full weekend of live entertainment and action awaits fans at the Garena Elite Philippines (GEP) Finals on May 23 and the GSI Grand Finals on May 24.
Moreover, Creator Support Program (CSP) sign-ups are open for promising talents to join the Summer Festival with Myrtle, HolyFather, and Doc Z. Participants will get access to the CODM Creator Launchpad for community growth and collaboration. In its fifth year, CODM Creator Launchpad has supported over 200 creators, including Doc Z, Kidlat Gaming, and Imzone, demonstrating Call of Duty Mobile Garena's dedication to developing creator talent alongside its esports ecosystem.
