New 4-Season Map
After previously journeying across the desert of Jade Gate Pass and icy mountains of Liangzhou, the Qinchuan update will take Where Winds Meet players to a dynamic four-season map with endless grasslands.
The enormous grassland of the Qinchuan region changes from spring growth to summer splendor, autumn solemnity, and winter silence in a new season-switching map. Lighting tones, vegetation cycles, and narrative ambiance change with time. Players travel through time and space as they explore this land.
Further, players will master "Idle Wind," a new Mystic Skill enabling them to move quickly across these rolling plains in this living world.
New Epic Campaigns and Bosses
Qinchuan combat gets a major overhaul with three hard new stronghold challenges. The Sunken City Lake, once a thriving fortification and Chang'an's entryway, was filled with heroes and merchants before it collapsed overnight. Players must explore its underwater remains and fluctuating perils. Also, endure a dizzying waterscape where perception and reality blend and a pitch-black campaign led by a single light.
The stunning Snowplum Requiem world boss is also coming in this update. This dangerous brother-sister pair flawlessly combines martial arts and music. When their melodies combine, the tempo accelerates into a stunning sonic blade and sword strike crescendo. Players must break their deadly beat or be ripped apart by a snow symphony.
Along with the Season 3 "Seek Within" launch, the update adds a team-based PvP game mode.
