Garena’s battle royale game, Free Fire, will be celebrating its fourth anniversary, called Free Fire 4nniversary, beginning August 28, with a slew of new missions, rewards, games modes, events, and the launch of a new song.
The fourth-anniversary in-game mission will run from August 20 to September 5, 2021. Players will be greeted by a special 4th-anniversary interface when they log into Free Fire. They can accept the DJs’ invitation to participate in the Anniversary Quiz and earn login rewards, anniversary gifts and daily missions, Memory Jigsaw, Fragment Royale, and Memory Album. There’s also an unlockable Free Fire birthday image on the interface to receive a free male bundle.
Garena Free Fire Partners with DJs Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Alok, and KSHMR for New Song
For Free Fire’s fourth-anniversary theme song, ‘Reunion,’ Garena collaborated with renowned music artists DJ Dimitri Vegas, DJ Like Mike, Alok, and KSHMR. The new song was released at 8 p.m. on August 20 on Free Fire’s official YouTube channel. Check out the full music video.
Both musicians Alok and KSHMR have collaborated with Free Fire before with exclusive songs like Vale Vale and One More Round. Meanwhile, DJ Dimitri Vegas and DJ Like Mike have released a theme song titled Rampage in June 2021 for the game’s annual event, the Rampage: New Dawn.
Free Fire 4th Anniversary Events
Free Fire’s Training Ground has been loaded with exclusive content with a 4th anniversary-themed music party stage where all players can enjoy the projection mapping and mini-games available until September 5, 2021.
The new events, taking place on August 28, include the following:
- The Clash Squad Cup – The new game mode will run from August 28 to 29. The Arena will feature four-player teams competing against one another in Clash Squad mode. Each team’s tier will be determined based on the players’ Clash Squad rank. Teams will play 3 matches, with rewards given based on the number of wins across the matches. Tickets used for The Arena will increase the quality of rewards received
- Players who participate in any game will instantly receive Magic Cube fragments on August 28 for all modes except the new game mode, Clash Squad Cup.
- Players who log in on August 28 will get Like Mike’s character Thiva for free.
Free Fire is available to download on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The Free Fire 4th anniversary event will start on August 28, 2021. It will conclude on September 5, 2021.
