Apple has unveiled its 2022 iPad models, including Apple iPad (10th-gen) and Apple iPad Pro (with M2 CPU). Check out their specs, features, and price in the Philippines.
The new 10th-generation iPad includes a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina IPS LCD, all-screen design, with the home button on the previous model removed from the front. The Touch ID button has been repositioned to the top, specifically in the upper right corner, when the tablet is held in portrait orientation. It is equipped with the A14 Bionic chip, which replaces the A13 Bionic chip. Further, it comes with iPadOS 16 software.
The new iPad Pro is equipped with Apple's latest M2 processor (found in the 2022 MacBook Pro and MacBook Air), which features a CPU that is up to 15% quicker than its predecessor, a GPU that delivers 35% better graphics performance, and a neural processing unit that can execute 40% more machine learning operations. The performance enhancements may result in enhanced gameplay, multimedia editing, and rendering. The tablet also supports WiFi 6E standards.
In conjunction with the second-generation Apple Pencil, the new iPad Pro's hover feature allows users to get a preview of their mark 12 millimeters above the display before making it. In addition, the tablet generates text previews in text fields when the Pencil hovers over them.
