Hearthstone 'Emerald Dream' Expansion launches Mar 26, 2025

Emerald Dream is the upcoming expansion of the collectible card game Hearthstone, Blizzard Southeast Asia announced. It will be released on March 26, 2025 (Philippine Time), bringing new features, keywords, and packs.

The Emerald Dream set is named after a magical realm called the Emerald Dream, which is the source of entire 'Nature' magic in Azeroth. However, corruption turns the Dream into a Nightmare and threatens Ysera's kingdom.

Into the Emerald Dream includes 145 new cards, two new keywords, an expanded keyword, and a Legendary minion called Ysera, Emerald Aspect (now available).

New Keyword: Imbue

Defenders of the Dream gain strength from the World Tree. This helps them improve their hero powers and become stronger as they fight. The classes Druid, Hunter, Paladin, Mage, Priest, and Shaman have received this power. When a class plays an Imbue card for the first time, they get a special new Hero Power unique to their class. Each time they play another Imbue card, their new Hero Power becomes more powerful.

New Keyword: Dark Gifts

Dark forces want to pervert the Emerald Dream into a Nightmare. To empower their supporters, they offer Dark Gifts. Minion power-ups Dark Gifts match with Discover options in Demon Hunter, Death Knight, Rogue, Warrior, and Warlock. Select the ideal minion-gift combo to elevate your Discovers.

Expanded Keyword: Choose One

The Emerald Dream is the place where Druids get their power. In this realm, "Nature" magic is everywhere, and Druids can use their abilities freely. For the first time in Hearthstone, every class has a Choose One card. These cards have two options that you can pick from when you play them. Choose carefully to make the most of their effects.

Pre-Release Tavern Brawl

The Pre-Release Tavern Brawl for "Into the Emerald Dream" will be available from March 19 (GMT+8) until the expansion launches. During this period, you can open your "Into the Emerald Dream" packs, create decks, and play a mini-competition. You will get one free entry. Each additional entry will cost either Tavern Tickets x2, Gold x300, or Runestones x400.
